Stephanie’s journey in fitness began with a strong academic foundation, earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University. This education equipped her with a deep understanding of human physiology, movement, and rehabilitation, which she applied directly in her early career. As an Exercise Specialist, she worked in pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation settings, helping patients recover and regain strength through tailored exercise programs. Her experience also extended to physical therapy clinics, where she collaborated with therapists to support patients in improving mobility and function.

After starting her family, Stephanie transitioned into personal training and group fitness, roles that allowed her to maintain her passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals while balancing family life. Her certification as a speed, agility, and plyometric coach further showcases her expertise in dynamic, performance-based training.

Beyond her professional life, Stephanie’s family plays a central role. Her three children, playfully dubbed her “assistant coaches,” are her biggest cheerleaders, whether she’s coaching volleyball or competing in leagues and tournaments.
