Kyra Peirce

Kyra Peirce has been a dedicated personal trainer for over seven years, with a focus on functional fitness, nutrition, and pre- and postnatal fitness. Her expertise helps mothers prepare for and adapt to the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, and parenthood. Kyra is deeply passionate about designing personalized, sustainable fitness and nutrition plans that align with each client’s unique goals, circumstances, and busy schedules, ensuring realistic and lasting results.

With experience training a diverse clientele ranging from children as young as four to seniors up to age 75, Kyra skillfully tailors her approach to meet varied needs and fitness levels. In addition to her personal training work, she is a certified Pilates instructor in Salt Lake City, where she helps clients enhance their core strength, flexibility, and overall wellness through mindful movement.

Originally from Southern California, Kyra relocated to Utah to attend Utah State University, where she met her husband. Her passion for fitness was ignited while working with a personal trainer to prepare for her wedding, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry. Since then, she has become a trusted figure, empowering clients to achieve their health goals with confidence.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Kyra embraces Utah’s natural beauty by frequently camping and hiking with her husband, young son, and their dog. These adventures fuel her active lifestyle and inform her holistic approach to fitness, encouraging clients to find joy in movement and connection with their surroundings.
