Jeanette Masters

Jeanette became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor 20 years ago when she was pregnant with her first child. Exercise, health and wellness has been an integral part of her adult life and her family's life. Over the years she has enjoyed triathlons, mud runs, dancing, skiing, swimming and hiking with her family. Moving to Utah 5 years ago, she greatly appreciates living so close to the beautiful mountains that border the Utah and Salt Lake areas and all the outdoor activities that are available. 

Not afraid to try new things, Jeanette has also been paragliding off Draper Park/Point of the Mountain, scuba diving, and most recently (thanks to a dear friend she met here at CoreFit) -- mountain biking. She believes that health is important to a well-lived life. Taking care of the body allows her to trail run or play with the kids on a daily basis without being held back. 

Two years ago, Jeanette became a Certified Personal Trainer and loves working with her clients!  She has helped men and women lose weight, build muscle, increase strength after Bariatric Surgery and (for women) have a healthy pregnancy. Jeanette views her clients as her friends and loves to help them succeed!
